We offer regular post and pre-paid postage satchels for your convenience. This is calculated at checkout.
For orders outside Australia, contact us at Sales and ask for a postage quote.
Pick-up is also available for Point Cook, VIC – just call us on 03 9095 6031 in advance.
Please be aware we do not refund products if you change your mind and due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on used nappies.
If you find any manufacturing faults on receipt of your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Items returned for exchange or refund must be in new condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and be pre-approved for return by Oz nappies. Faults do not include nappies that have been damaged as a result of misuse or nappies that leak or smell. Often odours or leakage can be cured by 'stripping' (refer to FAQ)
